TVC Africa (Pty) Ltd was founded in 2008 by Chris van Vuuren whose valve industry expertise laid the foundation for a business built on technical excellence, customer service, and long-term partnerships.
TVC has developed robust systems, processes, and created a skilled workforce, which aligns TVC for sustainable growth, supporting the TVC Growth and evolving business strategies.
As South Africa's business landscape continued to evolve, and in response to the country's Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (BBBEE) requirements, TVC Flow Solutions (Pty) Ltd was established in 2017. Nomvula Molaoa joined as Director which marked an important step in ensuring the TVC Group remained both progressive and aligned with the changing needs of the market.
Building on its success in South Africa, the Group expanded its footprint into the broader African market in 2023 with the establishment of TVC Moz Lda in Mozambique and TVC T Industrial Angola Lda in Angola.
These strategic expansions enable TVC to better support the growing industrial and infrastructure sectors across Southern Africa while delivering local expertise and responsive service to its customers.
Today, the TVC Group continues to grow as a trusted African valve solutions partner, combining decades of industry knowledge with a commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and customer success.

TVC Africa (Pty) Ltd was established in 2008 by industry veterans Chris van Vuuren and the late Tonie van Niekerk, both of whom brought decades of valve expertise to the company. Leonie Gillbee joined TVC Africa (Pty) Ltd in 2012 and began building a strong foundation for future Projects, developing systems and a workforce to compliment TVC's ever evolving business strategy.
To align with South Africa's evolving market landscape and BBBEE regulations, TVC Flow Solutions (Pty) Ltd was launched in 2018, welcoming Nomvula Molaoa as Director. This strategic expansion allowed us to remain both relevant and responsible in a changing business environment.
In 2023, our growth extended into the continent with the creation of TVC Moz Lda in Mozambique and TVC T Industrial Angola Lda in Angola, where Isabel Neto joined the Board of Directors. These entities allow us to better serve the rapidly growing demand in Southern Africa.
